7月22日にタンザニア国ザンジバル島にて始まった表記プロジェクト。本日、無事に今回の業務を終えて、担当の小池が帰国いたしました。漏水調査を45シェヒア（シェヒア＝日本で言う最小行政区画）、管延長で約600キロを対象に、今後、来年の１月まで行います。住民と話をして、住民がどんな苦情を抱いているのかを身近に感じることでみなさんの意識改革を進め、今後の漏水調査の頻度とその結果を受けての対策のスピードアップに貢献したいと考えます。住民のみなさんが独自で計画し、それを実行することがJICA様の技術移転のひとつの目標であるので、それを目指す覚悟です。次回は10月27日から年末までです。
